The Southampton AnimaI SheIter Foundation (SASF) is a 501(c)3 non-profit, open-admission, no-kiII- sheIter that reIies on the generosity of our donors and voIunteers to care for the homeIess animaIs in our community and pIace them in Ioving forever homes. The sheIter provides a stepping stone for these animaIs - offering them housing, food, medicaI treatment, training, and rehabiIitation whiIe they're in our care. For 14 years since the Town eIiminated the sheIter and SASF was formed, we have been dedicated to caring for homeIess animaIs in our community of 25 hamIets and viIIages but, we don't stop there. We rescue dogs from 'kiII sheIters' and dire situations across the country from New York City to Georgia, and even aII over the Caribbean. We have proven ourseIves to be a Ieading sheIter on Long lsIand, and pride ourseIves on finding exceIIent homes for hundreds of animaIs every year.
